No. We don't add any of these to our masalas which is why our masalas are purely saatvik in nature. We would never add anything unnatural to our masalas that could negatively affect the consumer's health.

The shelf life of most of our masalas is roughly 4 months if stored in an airtight container and one year upon refrigeration. Masalas with dry fruits or desecrated coconut will last less as compared to those without them.

Yes. We make fresh batches of our masalas every week to ensure that our customers can order from us without any worries.

The following ways are completely safe and natural to store and preserve masalas : You can always refrigerate the masalas to make sure they stay fresh, fragrant and pest-free for long. Certain items like Dhania Powder, Dhania Jeera and Haldi should be stored with whole Hing or salt granules from day one to ensure there is no pest infestation, or else they should be refrigerated at all times. Milk Masala, Dabeli Masala and Vadapav Chutney should always be refrigerated. Not following the above-mentioned steps could lead to the masalas getting spoiled.
